KOREAN cinema box office hit The Accidental Detective sequel presented by tvN Movies, World’s First & Only Korean Blockbuster movie channel, will come to Malaysia cinemas on 12 July 2018.
The movie stars Korea’s favourite detective duo, Kwon Sang-woo and Sung Dong-il, who reprise their roles in this outing, with an additional member, the “Prince of Asia” Lee Kwang-Soo.
The geeky trio is set to bring non-stop laughter to audience in this crime-solving film. The Accidental Detective 2: In Action will open in Korea on 13 June 2018.

A comic book storekeeper, Dae-man (Kwon Sang-woo), and the legendary homicide detective, Tae-soo (Sung Dong-il), quit their jobs to open a private detective agency together. Despite their high hopes, they soon find themselves with only trivial cases such as spouse infidelity, unpaid debt, and missing cats. One day, a pregnant lady walks into their office, wanting to find out the truth behind the death of her fiancé, while offering them a substantial reward. The duo then brings onboard a Mensa genius, Yeo-chi (Lee Kwang-Soo), who is also a small-time online private investigator under the alias “Grasshopper”. Together, the trio launches a full-fledged investigation which turned into a case bigger than their expectation.
